SHIPPING POLICY – AUSTRALIA ONLY

Thank you for shopping with us! This Shipping Policy applies to all orders delivered within Australia only.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 - 4 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

A confirmation email/SMS will be sent once your order has been processed.


2. Shipping Timeframes (Australia Only)

Estimated delivery times across Australia:

NSW Metro: 1–3 business days

NSW Regional: 2–5 business days

VIC, QLD, ACT: 2–5 business days

SA, TAS: 3–7 business days

WA, NT: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary based on courier delays, weather, logistics issues, or high-demand periods.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Order weight

Delivery postcode

Courier charges

We may offer free shipping promotions on selected orders or spend thresholds.

We primarily ship via trusted Australian carriers such as:

Australia Post

Sendle

Courier selection depends on your location and the weight of the order.


5. Order Tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive:

A shipping confirmation email

A tracking number

A link to track your order

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery details are correct.
We are not responsible for:

Parcels delivered to the wrong address

Failed deliveries due to incorrect address

If the parcel returns to us, re-delivery charges may apply.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged:

Take clear photos of the product and packaging

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

If your parcel is missing:

  • We will lodge an enquiry with the courier

  • Replacements or refunds will be provided based on courier investigation results


8. Delivery Attempts (Within Australia)

If no one is available during delivery:

The courier may leave the parcel in a safe place (“ATL”)

Or take it to the nearest Australia Post / courier collection point

In some cases, a re-delivery will be attempted

Unclaimed parcels returned to us may incur an additional shipping fee.
